"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

"Really special place. My one piece of feedback is to inject more choices in the all inclusive menu. We were there for 10 days and they should invest more in long stay guests. We ended eating off property a lot due to repetition and boredom"

"Absolutely not worth the money. Dirty beach, insects everywhere, tiny outdated rooms, broken furniture, and terrible food. The whole hotel feels old and poorly maintained. If you want luxury, cleanliness, or a classy experience — stay far away from this place."

"The place needs a lot of updates, when it rains the water goes inside the cabins, it is super hot and muggy and they do not offer a portable ac or any options for the room to cool down. There's an animal that goes in guest cabins. Thru the leaking roof and looks for food . The cabins are covered with tarps so water does not get inside, and all the Beach was full of sargassum. Also the government wants to charge you every day you enter the hotel property?"

"The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead. "The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum....

"The staff could not have been better. They went out of their way to greet you and provide excellent service. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and are up early cleaning and maintaining the property."
