"The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines."

"This place was clean. It was a hop, skip and a jump away from Wawel Castle, a short walk to market square and it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was very quiet. I would definitely go back."

"The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent, as was the staff. The breakfast was very good, highly recommend the omelette. The fact you could hang the little bag on your bedroom door too, to prevent the cleaner changing your towles and bedsheets for economical benefits was a lovely touch. This also resulted in a little treat being left in the bag when we returned each day. Great hotel, great staff, and a beautiful city."

"I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!"

"Ruhig gelegen und gute Zimmer. Housekeeping was nett und gründlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich. Leider sind die Fitnessgeräte veraltet und funktionieren teilweise nicht. Das Restaurant hat gute Qualität, ist aber gegenüber der Umgebung zu teuer. Leider war das Personal überfordert, hat alle Gäste in eine laute Ecke gesetzt. Die Getränke kamen nach dem Essen. Hotel und Frühstück super, Restaurant würde ich nicht empfehlen. "
