"Staff were great breakfast and evening meals from fusion restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Next to the train station a short walk(10mins) to the central square Supermarket directly opposite. Rooms were very clean all air conditioned comfortable large beds. Didn’t use the mini bar as a lovely courtyard and lounge on the ground floor to sit in with waitress service."

The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"

"They did not automatically refund my and other family members room deposit. Only i noticed that it was not refunded to my bank account i would of never received it. Imagine all the people who did not notice that they never received the room deposit refund. I bet the hotel makes a lot of money by doing this. I did not receive my money until many weeks after my holiday after I had to contact the hotel. Very frustrating and concerning for other travellers."

"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"The location was excellent, very near the bridge with a lovely river view. The receptionist spoke good English and check in was smooth. The apartment was very clean and lovely. It had everything we needed. The smart toilet was a pleasant surprise. My only criticism is, no instructions left on how to use the coffee machine and the hob/stove. It is a filter coffee machine and there was coffee powder but despite trying, I could not work it out. Also, no instruction about the Hob/stove, so we could...

"Top notch staffs especially staffs at the breakfast room were amazing. They accommodated all of my requests with smiles. The quality of breakfast was excellent. It made my stay very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean equipped with all the amenities I needed. I would like to thank staffs for their amazing services and hospitality. I would definitely stay in this hotel again."

"Absolute gem!! The apartment was exactly as described, so comfortable, and a great location. Far enough away from the touristy areas that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood, but close enough that it was an easy walk to many of the highlights. I only wish that we had more time to explore all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Very nice hotel in excellent area, breakfast was exceptional…not great if you are a light sleeper as there is a main road, tram lines & train tracks right outside so a bit noisy…. we had an evening flight but when we asked if there was a room for changing were only offered the toilets in the reception area which was disappointing .."

"Weird place. On the water, I knew. It’s a bunch of houseboats, I learned. Nice rooms, 5 per houseboat, with an unfortunate twist: bed upstairs, everything else downstairs. Inconvenient if you have to get up in the middle of the night. A steep and narrow staircase connects. It’s hard to reach (cars can’t go there), over poorly maintained footpaths. Directly behind is a loud carnival. Breakfast is a coupon for a restaurant next to the carnival. Food is fine though."

"Very soft bed, not comfortable. I’ve ordered a double bed but it was more like two single beds joined together. Duvets kids size. No ironing facilities in the room, none were available via reception despite numerous requests."
