"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Perfecte locatie voor noord Toscane 2e keer in dit hotel. Alles gewoonweg perfect gebouwd/verbouwd. Heerlijke sfeer, prachtig zwembad met goede bar, tevens een zeer goed restaurant. Enige dat voor verbetering vatbaar is zou wat mij betreft het ontbijt zijn, het is oké, maar kan gewoon nog een nivo hoger. Gewoonweg perfecte locatie. Zal er zeker nog vaker teruggaan."

"Place was excellent. There was plenty of space for a family of five. Check-in was difficult because there was not a lot of storage for luggage. Had to walk around city lugging our luggage. However, after we checked-in everything was great!"

"Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe."

Room, bedding, decor, bathroom and kitchen had everything you need for your stay! There is filtered water for guests to use! The hotel is in close proximity to the city center. You can walk everywhere. One thing you need to plan ahead is parking. Read about parking on the weekends and learn about the restricted zones. Figure that out ahead of time and your stay at...

"Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Smooth check-in and was able to leave luggage after check-out. The one thing I would say could be better was the air conditioning. It did not get that cool in our room even at the lowest setting."

"This is not a normal hotel and is great for travelers looking for a unique experience “Adjusted” to unique experience it was fabulous. A great hotel for people that are self sufficient, comfortable with unknown, but bad for people that book through regular hotels using points or needing immediate and highest end service. Great balance of premium, special, eclectic, with autonomy for experienced travelers."
