"The property is very run down and the rooms are poorly maintained. We started off in the vila building, which is nowhere near the resort and 4 pools. It was very outdated and our room was very dirty. We moved to a lanai room after our first night. More updated, but not very clean still. Beds are uncomfortable, linens are thin. "Staff was friendly. We had to clean our room. We showed the manager the dirty rags from where we cleaned. It wasnt terrible just not to our standards. The hotel was also having a Cannabis Event the same weekend we stayed but didnt bother telling us until we checked in. None to happy about that. Just was not happy overall. Mostly the overal cleanliness of the establishment. The hallways, elevators were horrible. Dog poop in the hallway. Too many things to mention."
