"Location, location, location! The best thing about the hotel is the location on lake Geneva. Literally steps away from the swim and tanning deck and walking path. Literally steps away from the metro that takes you up to the train station. They provided a Lausanne travel pass for free rides on the metro (although no one ever checked for a ticket). Our room was nice and large, and the shower was nice and strong. The air conditioning was a bit weak, but that’s typical for Europe in general....

"To me from Asia, i had serious problem with electric plug/connector beside the bed, my laptop charger can not match with your connector because of the model is in small diameter, but i was in Zurich and Zermatt and i didnt find this issue. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Lausanne. Everything about the hotel was perfect—the room was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the lake from our room, which made the experience truly special and unforgettable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it."

"The hotel is basic, our supposed superior room is small, very hot without air conditioning and we had to ask for a fan. There wasn’t a coffeemaker, kettle or a fridge. The breakfast was mediocre with runny scrambled eggs and few choices. For about £300 a night, it is very disappointing. When our parking ticket didn’t work at the barrier despite having validated it. The lady at the reception asked if we had paid for our room given the impression that we were leaving without paying, it was...

"It was nice and clean and a decent breakfast"

"Conveniently located a short walk from the central train station and a metro station. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Comfortable beds. We had a nice view from our room. Do not count on room service in the evening. We were advised to order food using Uber Eats since it would take too long for us to get our food. Housekeeping left our window open a few times. All in all, we would stay here again."

"Like most hitels in Switzerland, the quality is low and decoration is outdated. Not a real 4 stars, don't be fooled. Excellent location, nice staff but outdated and no charm hotel. But the price was ok for the location and view."
