"Let me start off by saying I love it here. I left my expensive eyeglasses here , called 10x days later and they had found them. I have stayed here several times. The free desert was fabulous!the only con I had was the phone didn’t work in the room and there was no ironing board in the room upon my arrival. I wish the rooms had microwaves, but as I was leaving I saw several in the hall, so it must be by request."

"Staff here are exceptional, very kind and friendly. Rooms are spacious and airy, a/c works well. It's quiet but if you're noise sensitive, ask for a room away from the street. It's very safe - security and no access to elevator without room keys. Lots of dining and shopping locally and very reasonable rates. 10 minutes from LAX."
