"There is no check-in desk or anyone to speak to. No one tells you that the only way to enter the building, is through a code that someone needs to send it to you, if they remember to. Upon entering the facility, I noticed that that the door handle appeared broken and when I pushed the door open, the room looked like and smelled like someone lived there. It was horrible and no woman should stay at the facility alone. I spoke to the other hotels in the same lot and they had scary stories to tell....

"I had a confirmed, fully prepaid reservation through Expedia, but when my family and I arrived at 1:00 a.m., the hotel told us they were overbooked and could not provide us with a room. We were traveling with our two children and had to spend nearly two hours searching for another hotel, drive 30 minutes away, and pay a much higher price. "Booked a room for a 2 night stay back in November. Arrived to check in to find that our stay had been cancelled the same day it was booked and we were never notified. Hotels all over the area were booked full. Expedia still showed everything was fine so my guess is the hotel is the one who cancelled because they had rooms under construction. Definitely would NOT recommend. "
