"I will never stay at this property again. The room I checked into had a dirty comfort and soiled sheets with bodily fluids and hair. I moved to a second room which had no soap in the pump at the sink and one kleenex in the box. The bathroom floor around the toilet was dirty. Shower had very little pressure. Pillows are not comfortable. No attendant at the desk the second time I went to report problems so I just had to deal with it for themight. I waited 10-15 minutes . A very disappointing...

"HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

"l stay in hotels fairly often and this is the nicest in a long time! The room was clean, quiet, and the bed very comfortable. There was not only breakfast but complementary drinks and hor d'oeuvres the night before. The staff was attentive. I would certainly stay here again!"

"There were roaches in the rooms. Staff acted clueless but rooms reeked of bug spray. I wouldn’t recommend"

"The breakfast was by far the best I have ever experienced. Parking was good. We didn’t use the pool but it was easy access as well as the fitness center. It was a busy weekend due to graduation. We arrived at 4:20 and had to wait for our room to be ready. We had a suite and there were no plates to use. The couch was uncomfortable. The staff was very pleasant. We received emails offering services. Breakfast was phenomenal so we left happy."

"The window screen was broken and ripped. The breakfast was severely underwhelming. Staff was not available and had to wait 20 minutes for service. Outside doors did not shut and lock. There was a drug bust outside of our room. Not sure if they are remodeling, but there were water stains on the ceiling and stains on the floor. No grab bars in shower and tub was extremely slippery."
