"The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and located in a great neighborhood. We had a double suite with two rooms and a kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable. Unfortunately, the poor sound insulation ruined the experience. We could hear every noise from the neighboring rooms, including people using the bathroom, as if they were inside our room. "Great location next to Colonna Piazza at the heart of the old city. Great A/C, good breakfast. Room was fairly small, even though it was labeled as a luxury room. No sofas or chairs. Only seating was in the bed itself. Very firm mattress. The bathroom featured a large spa style bathing area. Water did not fully drain, so the room had a perpetual smell of standing water. We complained to the staff but they did not do anything to resolve the issue. I would not stay here again."
