"Beautiful hotel but taking $200 per night deposit. “Just in case “ was outrageous ! "

"Overall great stay. Travelling alone, someone knocked at my door 8:30am, peeked out the hole and saw a guy and older man trying to listen in my door? May have been innocent but started my stay a bit uneasy. Nothing happened again and thankful. "

"The hotel is situated in a very well-located area, close to restaurants and shops. The beach is directly across from the hotel, featuring many restaurants right on the sand where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The staff members are very cordial—from the valet parking attendants and the reception team to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping personnel who constantly ensure the room is kept in perfect condition."

"No ventilation or AC working. It was turned off. However with sun exposure during the day it got very warm in the room. Listing indicated AC was available. Good location. Price point is a little high for this hotel. Elevator needs upgrade. Long wait times. Staff are very nice. "

"Room was good size for longer stay, most of the staff were friendly. No information in the room re services provided, including ie room service, breakfast . Very quite room which was requested. Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building."

"The location was super convenient in terms of proximity to the station, restaurants and a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was of a good size and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaints were: The room we had was right near the sign for the hotel and the blinds weren’t easy to block to the light out. The room/floor appeared to have a plumbing issue. On return to our room is when you really noticed it, there was a slight sewage smell. The rooms recirculate the air so it...
