"Close to the port if you’re cruising. Beautiful marina view. Restaurant n bar onsite which helps when you’re not familiar with area. Walking distance to city center where lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. We got upgraded to the best room in the house with a huge balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great place!!!"

"It’s close to the train station, so for taking the train, it is convenient. The main part of town, where most restaurants and places of interest are, is a short walk away. The room is a good size and the bed is very comfortable. Facilities are great - including a working kitchen with range, fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher. The bathroom is functional, perhaps a bit spartan. There is a slight unpleasant smell from the drain (I think it’s from the sink). Other than that, no complaints."

"Tout était au top. Accueil superbe. Petites attentions car notre chambre n’était pas tout à fait prête. Propreté très bien. Espace détente super: piscine propre, sauna et hammam parfaites température et très beaux et fonctionnels, jacuzzi top également. L’accès au casino se fait direct depuis le hall d’hôtel. Parking gratuit et sécurisé. Je recommande à 100%! Merci "

"O cafe da manha era bom mas nao havia nenhum aviso de horario de termino para o cafe da manha que se encerrava as 9h30 tivemos qye suplicar para entrar pois faltavam 2 min para as 9h30. O funcionarios do bar / restaurante tratam com descaso o hospede , a comunicação deles com o hospede é ruim para um 4 estrelas .o quarto ofertado para nós o ar condicionado nao funcionava,o calor dentro do quarto era terrivel pois havia uma janela enorme onde batia o sol praticamente o dia inteiro pedimos para...

"the room was not cleaned properly, the toilet seat has alot of stains, the toilet smells really strong, the shower is moldy, even though they „cleaned“ it. the breakfast buffet is really humble not worth the 7,50€ it just a sweet cold breakfast buffet with no warm Food and only few choices. it’s only good if you’re staying for a one night and you don’t care about the bare minimum of hygiene. The staff is nice and the internet is good, these are the good stuff "
