"We spent a couple days exploring the Buffalo River area and were looking for a nice hotel to base our trip out of. The lobby looks immaculate in the pictures, and the lobby was probably the best feature of the hotel. The staff wasn’t terribly helpful, the rooms were small and oddly arranged, their breakfast consisted of granola bars, there was no convenient food reasonably close, and the rooms felt dated and worn. "I booked online obviously. I called and the guy Patel on the line started yelling at me before I even arrived. I wanted to check in early if possible. I over looked it and showed up after the call. Im going to skip the run down on it being worn out and dirty and depressing. Like the mini fridge has a pawn shop price tag on it still. I went in the room and sat at the table digging through my bag for evening clothes. A live bed bug crawled onto my bag. Instinctively I blew it off my bag. I...

"My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience."

"Every thing was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again. We went earlier than planned so made two rsvp. Tried to stay in the same room for the duration. No one could help us until we spoke with the hotel staff directly. Expedia, reservations, support all were no help."

"The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip."

"The outdoor hot tub was broken. The kitchen sink cabinet was broken and had been poorly fixed that when i went to do dishes it fell on my toe. There was mold under the kitchen sink. Also, there was so much corrosion around the bathroom tub faucet that you could see into the wall. The DVD player didn't work and there should be instructions on how to connect to the DVD to the TV. Even with all these deficits the overall room was clean and had what we needed to have a good time."

"It is an older facility they are trying to keep up. Our room was a handicapped roll in shower room. They had made over the bathroom but should have put an additional floor drain in outside of the actual shower, and a longer tube on the hand-held shower head, as well as a holder closer to the height of the horizontal grab bar for it. "Clean room and breakfast was yummy! The parts I didn’t like were there was not handicapped accessibility doors either for rooms or the pool areas. I was in a wheelchair and it was hard getting in places. Sunday night the fire alarm went off twice. Once at 1:00am and again at 4:40am. No staff said anything to me about it. No apologies or anything. That was very difficult for me being in a wheelchair. Thank you for listening! Jill Hudson"

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The hairdryer didn't work but desk staff provided a new replacement in a timely manor. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Breakfast area was immaculate and attendant was very contentious. There was a problem with loud music and a barking dog that was handled professionally and timely by site staf.
