"Stay was good, however the front desk staff during the checked-in process was very condescending and rude. It seems like she does not want to be bothered, could be it’s time for her to head home. I was talked down and made me feel unwelcome. The staff in the dining where we had breakfast made up for it, unfortunately i was not able take his name. He was warm and polite. Front desk should welcome their guest regardless of background and nationality and refrain from discriminating."

"The best part was the check in time at 3pm and check out time of 12pm. Perfect walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. Valet service was excellent and even though $65 may be a little pricey, you do not need to move your car for 24 hrs! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze!"

"We booked a city view room on one of the upper floors. Rooms are very small with an adjoining toilet and shower scenario. View was beautiful and bed was comfy. Clean and charming facilities with a spacious community area with stylish decor. The standout was the level of service we received. Jessica -one of the managers I believe, was over the top helpful. Not only did she let me back into my room to retrieve some things I left behind but she helped me carry the few things I couldn't hold.

"I was quite disappointed in our room. Having booked a "superior" double queen, I expected at least some room to move and a bathroom of a good size. The choice was between a standard, deluxe, and superior and the room we were put in was less than standard, for sure. Given the many choices in the Boston area, I will be going elsewhere for my next visit. That being said, all other aspects of the stay were fine."
