"A la llegada todo bien, pero cuando entramos a la habitación, un cucaracho; ok, pasa, pero antes de ir a la cama al destenderla SORPRESA, muchos cucarachos entre las almohadas y las sábanas, en el baño, en el fregadero que había en la habitación y en las paredes, etc. Reportamos esto al personal del hotel y nos dijeron esto: ¡¡¡¡ES LA MEJOR HABITACIÓN QUE TENEMOS!!!!, si esto es así, ¿cómo están las otras habitaciones????? ¡¡¡¡¡EN POCAS PALABRAS, NO RECOMIENDO EL HOSPEDAJE EN ESTE HOTEL, ¡¡¡¡¡PARA NADA!!!!! "After a long flight, we arrived only to be given a room that did NOT match what we booked on Expedia. The front desk first denied having the room, then changed the story and said it costs $125/night instead of the $70–80 listed online. No solution was provided. Customer service was useless. We were forced to leave while exhausted and upset. A refund does not fix the wasted time, effort, and ruined expectations. This is unacceptable and extremely poor hotel management. Terrible experience."

"I reserved a suite and the hotel claimed my standard room was a suite. I was still charged for the higher price. Then when I arrive, they have no towels. The breakfast was laughably disappointing. Only a sandwich from the freezer and questionable juice. The room phone didn’t work. The room also had an unstable gigantic hot tub instead of a shower. I will never ever come back with this company. Their service has dramatically fallen off a cliff. The night person was also in charge of security. How is that guy supposed to check in customers, handle complaints, answer phones, and perform security? I saw at least 4 people checking out and leaving through the night. And they had elderly women cleaning the rooms. They look extremely stressed out and over worked. I really feel sorry for them having to work in those conditions."

"The lady at night was super helpful, but the guy in the morning was zootopia slow. The Elevator didn't work really all that well, and the TV was bad; you could only change the channels if you were sitting on the end of the bed. They tried to fix it, but never got it to work."

"Area is a little sketchy. Sign on the door states front door is locked by 10 due to safety concerns. The elevator and halls reeke of Marijuana smell and didnt look very well maintained. The room had a musty odor and the carpet near the Ac unit was wet. The room phone rang randomly on the middle of the night. It felt more of a room you rent 'by the hour'. Surprised that it is apart of the Comfort Inn chain."

"The pool look inviting so I haven't tried it yet. The staff is friendly and I just realized that they have a small store in the lobby. Phone chargers, boxes, drinks food"

"Pool nasty, spa and exercise room closed, elevator broken, charged full week stayed 3 days for medical treatment had to walk up two flights of stairs several times a day because of elevator not functioning. Key cards stopped working daily had to go down get replaced constantly after every one time use!! Didn’t clean room daily. Halls smelled of marajuana carpets nasty!! Staff useless and rude"
