"Cozy room, all of the amenities looked updated. Even the little things like the tea and biscuits/coffee really made the stay comfortable. The electric kettle and coffee maker was such a treat :) the staff were so kind and friendly! Noise wasn't that bad considering it is above a pub. "
"I did have to ask for WiFi code which I needed to plan my next bit of my trip. The member if staff on duty didn’t know where I could get a meal in a pub nearby. I did find the shower cubicle a bit tight but it was a small room. However I left a compact mirror begging and the staff say they will post it to me which I shall be very grateful for ."

Great bar area and the Steak restaurant was superb.All the staff were lovely with a shout out to Yasmin at breakfast.So convenient for parking and the surrounding area for shopping, bars and restaurants. "I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
