"The resort was at the beach and Grace Bay was amazing. Having an umbrella, towels and beach bed was awesome. Restaurant was ok but pricey as do all of Grace Bay. Room was clean and everything was working. We booked the ocean view but was given a first floor ocean view and was blocked by the dunes so no ocean view. Resort was not fully booked so not sure why we didn’t get the higher ocean view room. Lesson learned. Resort was 20 mins walk from the main shopping strip and you’ll need a car or get...

"The hotel staff was amazing very friendly and warm. Hospitality was great. Unfortunately the baby bistro restaurant manager was awful very unprofessional and is not pleasant. I had to speak with the owner about the management at the Bay bistro restaurant. The owner was very nice and he comped me $100 for dinner to make up for the rude restaurant manager.! I will stay at the hotel again. I loved it for the location of the room was literally steps to the beach. I will definitely return to this...

PROS:
• The rooms are clean, housekeeping comes through daily
• Nice linens/robes provided, we were very appreciative that they upgraded us to beach-view
• Pools are great, especially infinity pool w/amazing view!
• Complimentary breakfast is nice perk - fresh fruit, eggs to order, cereal, waffles, muffins.
• staff incredibly friendly, helpful throughout our stay.
