"Terrible! I want a refund!!! We walked in room and walked out immediately! Disgusting. Dirty, dingy and smelly. Couldn’t even breathe in room. Will post horrible review! Need money credited back to my cc. False advertising and shouldn’t be allowed to continue to do business until board of health does a complete inspection of this bates motel property! Stagnant water in shower smelled !!!!! Stains on linens and bed spread. I could go on and on. My wife had allergic reaction immediately....

"Arrived at 2:00 am, hotel sent the shuttle bus to ABE to pick me up and speedy check in. The breakfast was great along with good breakfast "

"The room looked clean but the towels had stained the room smell like it hasn't been clean in a while, it had a window that didn't locked. Breakfast wasn't that great either. It’s only good for quick stayed."

"The room itself was clean. The hallways smelled like either cigarette smoke or weed. They took a $50 deposit if anything was wrong with the room but we did not receive ours back and there was literally nothing wrong with our room when we left."

"I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
