"Desk staff was nice, efficient. A housekeeper had just cleaned it, was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. "From the ride from and to airport was exactly . From the Walmart runs that was a 10/10 . The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly . My family first time being in Mobile , Alabama . "Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive impression.
The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the flooring throughout the hotel appeared worn and unclean, and it could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement.
