"Absolutely lovely staff, very helpful and delighful to deal with. Property was clean and comfortable, nice little bungalows surrounding a pool, lovely and boutique within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lovely and quiet. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay close to mushroom beach or dream beach. Would stay here again without hesitation 5 star staff really made us feel welcome and cared for. "

"We had a really disappointing experience. We arrived early on our arrival day, hoping to leave our luggage and head out. The staff member on the front desk said the room was being cleaned so we could check in early in an hour or so if we would like. We agreed to pop back then after getting a bite to eat. "This is an absolute gem. With so many choices, I really feel that we hit the jackpot. Cheap but with all the special considerations including bed turn down and lovely complimentary breakfast. Family owned and run, you are dealing with beautiful local people. You can hire scooters and walk to Mushroom Bay and the Sandy Bay Beach club is a very short walk. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning and wifi, and great pool area. Definitely would go back - and the adjoining massage spa is excellent!"

"Our family (with two toddlers) was able to completely relax at Bale Gede. Staff were especially welcoming, helpful, and kind (particularly Komang and Wayan)- not to mention patient with our kids. The rooms are comfortable and the pool is one of the nicest we saw at any hotel, and had a good shallow section for the kids. "I loved my stay on Lembongan at Rama garden , the host Lisa was amazing , friendly, helpful , knowledgeable about the area, thanks for being awesome , could definitely have stayed longer . Very close to beach and surf breaks restaurants and shops . Place was perfect , clean , quite , I would recommend to anyone , I will be back again thank you once again"

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've been booking hotels on a last minute basis, and booked the Hilton just ten mins before we checked in. Having stayed in this property before it became Hilton, we were a bit skeptical and worried that it was still the tired looking property. However I am pleased to announce that it has been very nicely updated. We got a free upgrade which was much appreciated, service though not the most personable, was more polished than the grand hyatt. The room was truly sound proofed, which helped because of the nearby construction. The cliff tower had a great view of the Harvest Moon and the surrounding ocean. Lovely stay, and the food was great! "

"We nearly didn't book this as the photos were undwhelming but we went on the reviews thankfully and thoroghly enjoyed our stay! The resort is well organised, super clean, has lovely friendly staff that communicate well and can't do enough for you. The food is great, with the buffet breakfast being the best we've had! Close to the action - highly recommend. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (10 & 12) :)"
