"The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. However, the room let the experience down — the bed sheet was old and had iron burn marks, and the shower was dirty and electric kettle not well maintained. Overall, a mixed stay with great service and food, but improvements are needed in room cleanliness."

I have been very ill and only just able to travel again and they left me a beautiful hand written card along with Prosecco and a little teddy . Only negative was the laundry facilities………only one washer and dryer for all guests, and seems the hotel was using it too, so even more limited. (They were washing the pet cloths).
