"Our deluxe room (a corner room overlooking the harbour) was dated and had ants crawling in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast which was $22.00 each was a buffet. Parking was free. Location of the hotel is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby."

"Bed is hard"

"1. Hallway echoed all night long with people closing their doors. Can’t imagine how much worse it would have been had the hotel been at capacity. 2. Even with the HVAC system all the way to cold, the room was far too warm. It is almost as though the hotel still had the heating on and the room controls are just for show. For a woman who usually sleeps with an overhead fan and pedestal fan beside the bed at home, this was unbearable. Even husband found the room too hot though. 3. Our very specific reservation requirements for first floor room due to disability and service dog were ignored when assigned room 215. Thankfully hotel wasn’t at capacity and room was changed to first floor. 4. Provided WiFi code did not work."
