"Amazing stay!"

"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. "Nice hotel near Central station. Clean room which seems to be recently remodelled. As most downtown hotels may do, no view from room other than close buildings, but enjoyed view to inner sectors. Friendly staffs. Small, but good breakfast with espresso, yogurt, juice, fruits, cheese, bread and danish. Bar staff was very kind, in particular. I had to present at an international online meeting to Japan, and had no issues at all with the wifi. Very efficient."

"The staff was great. My only problem was that I didn't get a room with garden view like my booking said. I ended up on the 3rd floor with a room that had a window in the roof. Which made airflow very bad in a room with no AC. I knew the hotel didn't have AC that is why I wanted a garden view room. I talked to the front desk and they told me that was a marketing error and there was nothing they could do to help me."
