"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."

"Very nice, quiet room with good AC. Great breakfast, great and friendly service. Within walking distance of good restaurants and cafes. No pool or gym, but lovely lobby area with seats and tables and refreshments. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was great. My only problem was that I didn't get a room with garden view like my booking said. I ended up on the 3rd floor with a room that had a window in the roof. Which made airflow very bad in a room with no AC. I knew the hotel didn't have AC that is why I wanted a garden view room. I talked to the front desk and they told me that was a marketing error and there was nothing they could do to help me."

"AC was not working properly even though I informed them multiple times. No staff to serve at the bar during my whole stay. I checked out one day earlier than my planned stay and they refused to refund the remaining day but I checked out anyway and moved to a nearby hotel."

"Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."

"Tout etait absolument parfait ! L hotel est tres bien situé à la fois à proximité du centre et donne sur une place tres calme dont l accès aux voitures est interdit. La décoration est d un bon goût indiscutable, cosy et chaleureux. J ai été ravie de découvrir cet hôtel."
