"As other reviewers noted, the hotel is quite dated. We had an issue with our first room and the front desk was prompt in addressing it and and moving us to another room no problem. The location is excellent for moving around the city. There is a Dollorama 5mins away which was really helpful for getting room supplies such as proper hand soap, paper towels, paper plates, snacks, beverages etc. We had no housekeeping over the 3 nights there though we didn’t request it.
