"The parking experience was terrible. they asked me to park in a garage across the street. They gave me a code to use. However, the autopay machine as so bad that it did not allow me to punch in all letters of the code at all. I had to go to 3 different machines before it worked. It's an excellent hotel but the car parking experience is terrible."

"The apartment was perfect for our needs - a base for exploring Montreal for four days. It's well located for Guy-Concordia metro station. The apartment was very modern with everything we needed and the facilities in the block like pool, hot tub, gym, saunas and luggage room are great. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly too. Definitely recommend."
