"This was not a B&B as advertised. This was a grim, empty beach house where the owner, who lived an hour away, remotely answered the doorbell to tell guest how to find their keys. The only good thing to say about it was that the owner refunded my money promptly when I frantically was able to find proper accommodations."

"A lovely light and airy room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed and plenty of clean towels. Staff were most welcoming and very helpful. Wonderful selection of goodies for breakfast. Fresh fruit every morning alongside a cooked breakfast and timings for breakfast most accommodating."

"The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice & you just helped yourself. The dining room was large, open plan & well decorated. The room was a good size & clean, lots of extras such as tea/coffee,biscuits & toiletries for guest use. The staff were friendly & helpful. Unfortunately our room faced the road in front of the hotel & we didn't get a good night's sleep due to boy racers tearing back & forth up the road into the early hours. "Travelled with 2 puppies was worried about how things would be. Didn’t need to be worried as dog friendly rooms available & staff very accommodating. Meals served all day & a good variety to choose from. Have booked for close family to stay later in the year."

"Gorgeous little B&B run by the lovely Les. Everywhere was spotless and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfy, very pretty and had everything we could need for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Felt like by the end of our stay that Les had become a friend and a confidante 😉 Definitely planning a return trip…"

"The meals were excellent both for quality and price, staff very helpful. The bed was comfortable however the windows did not close entirely. It was quite warm so not a major problem for us but the windows needed refurbishment so they be opened or closed easily. The electric shower was very weak. These issues were relatively minor given the pluses of staff, food and comfortable beds"
