"Room’s floor was sandy, a random cheerio, and found lot of dust when I accidentally dropped my earring on the floor. I even requested the front desk to have someone clean the floor but they told me they won’t do that and only refresh the beds. I rarely write any negative reviews but the fact that they refused to vacuum even after requesting it, I just feel like their standards are mediocre at best."

"The fan kept us up all night. The room was scruffy/older..the beds were ok. Lots of noise happening outside our room, kids were causing issues with ripping off wall paper and signs. I felt unsafe."

"l'air climatise ne marchait pas nous avons dormis a 25 degré. la porte de l'interieur de la chambre de bain était ronger par l'eau et vallonnais et aussi était pas trop propre. Mais le pire le lit était déffoncer et creusait du centre. Je suis gestionnaire pour Desjardins , plus jamais je vais amener mon équipe. "
