Luca was so kind and a great host, sending emails before giving us such specific directions that there was no way we could get lost in the maze of Venice. He also gave us all of the options, private taxi, water bus and trains to get from the airport to the hotel. "We spent 2 nights in the EGO residences Casanova room. Location is as central as it gets. Vaporetto stops 50m away. Very convenient. The room was very nicely renovated, clean and provided everything we needed. The couch pullout bed was a queen size and both beds were very comfortable.
