"Little expensive for a motel with no amenities but I suppose proximity to ferry services is the reason"

"Wonderful to have a suite with a full kitchen for our stay on campus. We had everything we needed including reserved (paid) parking nearby. The staff at the registration desk are sincere in their efforts to help but very busy at times and perhaps lacking somewhat in experience, as things that would normally be handled easily by hotel front desk staff (e.g., key cards that don't work) take longer to resolve than they should. Would still recommend, especially if you have a reason to stay on campus...

"Spacious 2-bedroom suite and a good location for UBC campus events. However, there was no AC, only two fans, so I wouldn’t recommend it for summer stays. Breakfast was disappointing. Both the juice and coffee tasted watered down, and I only had one piece of toast."

"Location was central and walkable for shopping and eating. Beautiful waterfront with parks within minutes. Balcony was small, but at least it had one you could enjoy fresh air with. The restaurant was overpriced for quality of food provided."

"We chose the hotel because it was an affordable option prior to our cruise. The staff was very friendly and we got into our rooms several hours early. Although, not on the free shuttle route, it was a short uber to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain. Both great attractions. It was also a quick Uber to the cruise port. Place was nothing fancy but it was clean and a really nice stay. No breakfast but there was a coffee shop on premises and a Tim Horton .4 miles away."

"Air conditioning was horrible... we sweated all night , vents were completely caked with years of dust (it was incredible) tv was completely outdated with most things pay per view and almost no selection. We got a view of an industrial view of the roof as well.... really lame also charged us 70$ in parking what a joke"

"One of Canada's best hotels. Beautiful rooms, great staff; professional and extremely helpful. Best lounge/bar in Vancouver as far as I am concerned. You simply can't go wrong should you choose to stay here."

"The room was in excellent, clean condition and had plenty of square foot space for my wife and myself. The one unique feature that caught us off guard was the glass wall of the shower looking out on the bedding space. We did not find it objectionable. The staff was excellent in helping us."

"Beautiful grounds and stunning views from the Sheraton Wall. Hotel location is excellent for seeing downtown and convenient to transportation. About a 10 min walk to Vancouver City Centre station to catch the train to the airport and other areas of Vancouver. A very pleasant stay with family."
