"Little expensive for a motel with no amenities but I suppose proximity to ferry services is the reason"

"Wonderful to have a suite with a full kitchen for our stay on campus. We had everything we needed including reserved (paid) parking nearby. The staff at the registration desk are sincere in their efforts to help but very busy at times and perhaps lacking somewhat in experience, as things that would normally be handled easily by hotel front desk staff (e.g., key cards that don't work) take longer to resolve than they should. Would still recommend, especially if you have a reason to stay on campus...

"Spacious 2-bedroom suite and a good location for UBC campus events. However, there was no AC, only two fans, so I wouldn’t recommend it for summer stays. Breakfast was disappointing. Both the juice and coffee tasted watered down, and I only had one piece of toast."

"The bill for our dinner at the Pinnacle restaurant on 5/30 showed a $10 charge for a Stella Artois. But while we had ordered it, the beverage was never brought to the table. I was really disappointed when I saw that my Amex was charged nevertheless. It took away from an otherwise great experience."

"Location was central and walkable for shopping and eating. Beautiful waterfront with parks within minutes. Balcony was small, but at least it had one you could enjoy fresh air with. The restaurant was overpriced for quality of food provided."

"The room was in excellent, clean condition and had plenty of square foot space for my wife and myself. The one unique feature that caught us off guard was the glass wall of the shower looking out on the bedding space. We did not find it objectionable. The staff was excellent in helping us."
