"The room smelled strongly of MILDEW and it never went away even after opening windows and spraying smells. The sheets were used and dirty upon arrival, had to request fresh linens the following morning … so my first night was not positive. There are spider webs over the AC units and dust…as though the room had not been used in a while. But the staff was wonderful and the property was clean."

"I had a suite for a week to relax and visit with my son who lives in Menomonie. Several of the days were spent doing just that, relaxing and visiting. The homey atmosphere was just what I needed! We were going to fix a meal one evening and the stove top didn’t work. With just one person there, we weren’t able to have it checked out. I forgot to remind them of that when I checked out. "Requested early check in 3 times each day prior to check in called day of and was told I could check in at noon and my room was not ready and I booked a king the best they could do was a double queen but would not give us the price of that room even tho I paid more for the king"
