"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with the host friendly and helpful. The property is well located for travel into Venice, being located almost adjacent to a bus stop with a direct frequent service into the city. It is also only a short 5 minute walk to Mestre rail and bus stations (and the express bus to Marco Polo Airport). "This property in Mestre is very close to the train station and you are one stop to Santa Lucia station on the Grand Canal of Venice. If you are traveling by car, the property offers gated parking( a great find) and nice rooms with a good breakfast included daily. Some staff do not speak much English so be prepared to use your google translate😉 but we have stayed there on two different trips and would recommend this property."

"We had a great experience at La Lista Rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to drop our luggage in the morning before check-in, gave us guidance on transportation to the city center, as well as a QR code that allowed us to enter the city without having to pay the fee. Overall, the place was very clean and well managed. Only complaint was that our thermostat in the room didn’t work. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would book again. "

"A very pleasant hotel in the heart of town, which really enhanced the trip. The person who runs the place, Paolo, is charming. The only thing that slightly disappointed me is that I had really hoped to get a view of the square, but instead got a room at the back of the hotel. So if that matters to you, check before booking. "Adorei a estadia, o hotel está em um lugar estratégico, perto da estação Venezia Mestre, em frente a um ponto de ônibus que te leva direto para Veneza e com um hipermercado a poucas quadras de distância. Mauro é muito simpático e muito prestativo. O quarto é excelente, muito confortável e limpo. Quando eu voltar a Veneza, com certeza ficarei lá novamente! "

"Wonderful stay for celebrating New Year and visiting the area. Rooms were large and well appointed, bathrooms modern with all amenities, very clean. Breakfast included had a large variety of pastries, fruit, cheese, salami,milk, yogurt, juices and coffee. The manager was pleasant and very helpful, making coffee for everyone in the mornings. Will be back when in the area and recommend the place to friends-day trips to Verona, Vicenza, Padova, and last, but not least, amazing Venice. "
