"Bar was great. All staff were friendly. Room needs updates. Fire alarm went off when taking a shower. TP holder fell off and we fixed it kind of. Round vent thing in bathroom fell out in the middle of the night and hit the floor. Elevator was bad at times only 1/3 worked. Dirty dishes were left on the table by the elevator for days. "

"I love how close it is to the convention center. We have stayed here 3 times. For as much as you pay for the room I feel the onsite parking should be included. It cost an extra $200 for self parking in the hotel lot for a 4 night stay."

"For starters, hotels.com sold me the same room for 200.00 more a mont earlier. I got it cheaper by canceling and re booking. The hotel was average at best. No cleaning or even towels the second day. The receptacle didn't work in bathroom. Stayed at better for half. Staff was friendly. Thats about it. Location was good."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service were terrific! Only one complaint: the food. Not to judge based on one experience, we ordered food on two separate occasions and neither lived up to expectations of finer dining we had hoped for considering the price we paid. It would have been better to have taken the free shuttle service Tennessean offered and supported another restaurant in the area. "

"Unfortunately my stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The staff was not helpful at all,.we didn't ask for favors we were willing to pay and they still didn't accommodate. For the price $1071 for 3 nights and tbe reputation i was expecting way better. The food is mediocre and that's a nice way to describe it. Punctuality for the morning buffet is completely lacking. Pictures and reviews are very misleading. I hope this will help others choose better. "
