"Location was perfect.I really recommend it.
Small but convenient, Very clean .
Only problem was Elevator didnt work.
We were on floor 4 , very difficult go up with no elevator.
Before booking make sure elevator works."

"Although our reservation was changed prior to arrival from Residentas Aurea to Residentas Arco do Bandeira, the experience exceeded our expectations. This was truly one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in. The apartment was stylish, spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed with wonderful amenities that made the stay both comfortable and luxurious.
The location was also outstanding — close to everything and perfect for exploring the city on foot....

"The apartment was dirty and in a poor state of repair. The bed was uncomfortable, the hardest we’ve ever slept on, with hard lumpy pillows. We had no toilet paper on arrival and despite what sapping the 24 hour help line it took over 24 hours to get toilet paper! However the worst thing about staying was the noise. Not just the traffic noise and trams rattle ing the windows as they passed, but loud thumping music and the noise of the supermarket below the apartment. Awful place, would not...

"The property is in need of upkeep. Things are broken and damaged. Chipped paint, damaged furniture and wall hooks fallen off the wall. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Towels were clean but worn. That said, the sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The location is great."
