"Unfortunately, our stay at Tivoli was far from a 5-star experience. On our first night, the alarm was not reset and woke us up at 5:30 AM. The following mornings were also disturbed by loud drilling and construction noise as early as 7:30 AM, while loud music continued late into the night. The front desk and general staff were often unwelcoming and rarely greeted us, and we found them generally unhelpful when we needed assistance. To make matters worse, our room keys were unexpectedly...
