"The HVAC in our room was inoperable. The bedroom was either on 19 C or off. We either froze in the room or had to turn the system off and then it got very stuffy, due to the heat outside. Maintenance came up to the room, but they were unable to fix it. Zero stars on the HVAC system in our room!"
