Pro: Location was excellent. The flat is spacious though the layout is a bit unique. We really enjoy the kitchen was well equipped and all the good kitchen appliances. The beds were very comfortable. Con: The flat was not clean when we checked in about 5:30pm while the host confirmed check-in time is 4pm. I messaged the host and the host completely ignored my message and never replied. When we arrived, the cleaners were still clean and told us they needed one more hour so we basically have to come back at 6:30pm. Hot water was often a challenge. There were only 3 of us and even the first person cannot enjoy a hot shower after a long day out exploring and I'm talking about a 10-min shower....

We have booked the 2 Bedroom apartment at 3rd Fl. After we check into the apartment, the master bedroom's ceiling was leaking badly and the water soaked into mattress, blanket, floor mat and the couch. We contacted the hotel management team, he said will try to someone to check and fix the leaking issue. At the end, no one show up to check or fix the leaking issue. They water leaking only stopped after midnight. We were unable to sleep in the master bedroom, 3 of us have to share one bedroom, without any privacy, total messed up our holiday. The team advised us at late night that they could not find any one to come and will discuss how to compensate our loss after check out. We contacted the team to discuss how to compensate our losses, they did not respond our email or WhatsApp, totally ignore. The location of the property is not very safe and noisy. For the two nights we have stayed, we heard continuous loudness and chaos from hallways from other travelers as late as 3 to 4 am. Overall, it is very bad experience how the team handle their travelers, and did not honor the booking. Poor and lack of communications to fulfil their responsibility. I have contacted Expedia to request a refund, Expedia has reached out to hotel team, they ignore the request from Expedia as well. Please do not let this team to scam you of how their handle their customers.

Liked looking out my balcony and see the streets below. Restaurants next door, shop for water, wine soda near by. Felt very safe here. This is a large apartment with all kitchen appliances to make a meal. Has washer but no dryer. I’d definitely recommend this place.

When me and my family first saw this apartment we were very pleased with the pictures and what we saw in person. We stayed here for 2 nights and on the first night after we came back from dinner, the ceiling in the master bedroom was leaking which soaked up the mattress and part of the couch. following this, for both nights we heard continuous loudness and chaos from the hallways from other visitors as late as next day ,we notified the tenants but sought no compensation for our losses.

We were able to access many of the sights walking. Also convenient to metro and trains for day trips. The apt was very comfortable and spacious.

The location is very convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. The apartment is large and the kitchen well-equipped. However, the floors are all wood and thus sounds from your neighbors above and below are greatly amplified. There are no fire extinguishers. There is a laundry washer, but no dryer, though a clothes rack did the job for us. My main issue was the poor communication with management. We were told by email that we needed to fill out a form before we were given the door code, but there were no instructions. Expedia tried contacting the management but did not get an answer to this. When we arrived, we still did not have a form or code. I called Expedia and they finally got the management to contact me via What's App. We got into the apartment 45 minutes after check-in time. We were staying for 10 days. On Day 3, when I sent a request for more toilet tissue (the rolls are very small in Portugal), I was told that the first 2.3 rolls were provided "as a courtesy." Really?!! So, good location, spacious, noisy floors and poor customer relations.

Overall, the apartment was nicely renovated and comfortable. The major issue was noise-being on the 4th of 5 floors in an old building is certainly charming, but you can hear everything going on above you (and when the garbage is emptied every day at 0500). The location in Lisbon is great, close to Rossio Square and the Centro (but again can be noisy; you are at the mercy of how good the performing artists are on the street below). We enjoyed the stay, but may seek a more peaceful area when we are in Lisbon again.

This property was very well located and within walking distance of public transportation as well as many of the sites we were planning on visiting during our stay. The property is located on a street with multiple dining and shopping options making some of those decisions very easy to make. The street does get busy in the evening which can make it somewhat noisy but we still really enjoyed our time in Lisbon and found this location to be the perfect spot for our family of 5.
