"Room was good and very clean had a issue with the window that wouldn't close correctly so had some road noise. Staff were bringing and couldn't do enough for you and made you feel very welcome food was brilliant and well cooked "

Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good . Good value for money. If you want a place to stay for a quick stop over and easy access for places to see in Cornwall then it’s great."

The room lacked a TV, but actually this was an absolute blessing and it made change not to reach for a remote control. "My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in July and I have to say that the golf course is absolutely beautiful! So well looked after! The hotel is dated but it is 50 years old, we stayed in a superior suite and it definitely was not worth the rate that we paid because it is dated. I'm afraid the housekeeping was terrible, the bed wasn't properly made and the bins were not emptied on 2 of the days and no attempt at actually tidying the suite."

"Very reasonably priced for what we wanted and breakfast included. Have a pool with a bonus as the weather was quite warm and Amy the girl looking after the pool was very attentive, as we didn’t have any towels left in the room and she provided them and always seem to be cleaning up and tidying in the spa area. Breakfast was well stocked and in a delightful dining room and again the staff were very attentive. Tom who looked after us on our arrival was extremely polite and very informative....
