"The staff was so helpful. We hit bad weather and are travel was delayed and Expedia system canceled out room after 11pm. When we called to verify travel (due to weather) was delayed. We literally had no room to sleep and the staff figured out for us."

"Bathroom was large for ADA accessibility but no counters for toiletries, even the sink surface was slanted and not usable to put toothbrush etc. Limited flat surfaces in room (no desk as shown in pictures). For a studio room there were no utensils, cups or plates. They could be purchased and taken with you when checking out (included fry pan and pot but there is no hot plate?). Tried to see if a card could be mailed and was told there was no certainty when mail would be picked up."

"I had a confirmed, fully prepaid reservation through Expedia, but when my family and I arrived at 1:00 a.m., the hotel told us they were overbooked and could not provide us with a room. We were traveling with our two children and had to spend nearly two hours searching for another hotel, drive 30 minutes away, and pay a much higher price. "The breakfast wasn't that good and not worth the money charged. The carpet in the room looks beaten and slippery. The door to my room needs repair and looks half closed when locked. My floor was noisy especially weekend and one could hear people talking in the other room during the night. The entire building needs renovation."
