"Pros:
Great location in downtown.
Storage lockers that can fit a suitcase.
Capsule has plugs for charging and ample lighting.
There also is a small vent but I was incredibly hot with the minimal airflow.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Easy check in. Helped with finding directions and where to go.
Cons:
This is a new capsule hostel and for only being about 2 months old it is in terrible shape.
Showers provided no room to dress or change except 2 bigger sized on the main floor.

"It is a newer hotel so everything was new and clean. We got a 2 queen bed room and it was huge and could have slept 5 adults as it came with a pullout couch. Staff were pleasant and responsive. "This is not really a hotel. It is housing for college students. Its not bad for what it is, but you are renting housing that is not being used by students currently. Expect to see students doing college student things. The lobby needs work and perhaps better cleaning of the carpets and furniture. They store things in the lobby often.
