"Everything was great! We asked to be switched to another room due to sanitary reasons and that was no problem. New room was fantastic, only thing that we would suggest looking at is the shower head - when turning on the shower, the shower head expelled this high pitched noise the entire time while taking a shower. But im sure thats a quick fix."

"The check-in process was a breeze! The staff were super friendly and really went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. They were so accommodating when an unexpected situation arose with our room. It was a relief to know they were there to sort things out quickly and efficiently. We definitely felt well taken care of here."
