Maybe we didn’t know what we were getting into.. but, it is not as pictured. Worn, dirty, and positioned above a pub. The pub wasn’t even the issue, not even close. it was the street noise and every single sound coming through the windows. Street noise, traffic, garbage trucks, construction. And this was despite being provided air plugs..Red flag. no good staying here if you want any sleep. But to speak to the cleanliness. There was none. Everything was rusted and dirty. Don’t do it. Oh and there was also a stage in the apartment. Apartment 1

Appartment was clean, management were fantastic allowing early access to drop bags and made the whole thing easy and stress free. Venue is fantastic, as described. Clean, good space, comfy beds and brilliant shower Central location has pro and cons.. because it’s central the noise can be loud but earplugs fixed that problem. We were over for the football and will definitely stay again.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Perfect for a night away for a large group. Everything we needed was in walking distance. It does get a little noisy at night which is to be expected due to the location, but the host left earplugs which made a huge difference! Would definitely stay again!

The apartment itself was spacious and reasonably clean, and the kitchen was adequately equipped with the basics, including tea, coffee and milk sachets. The beds were comfortable enough for a short stay. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. The floors clearly hadn't been cleaned properly as our socks were dirty within minutes of walking around, and the grout in the bathroom floor was very grubby. The biggest issue by far was the noise. The apartment is surrounded by bars, and the noise continued until 2-3am every night. Even after the venues closed, groups of people remained outside shouting and talking in the street, with some drunk people sitting on the apartment doorstep. Once that finally quietened down, the street cleaning and clear-up operations started. The windows offered virtually no soundproofing at all. We could hear people's conversations word for word from outside, making it almost impossible to get a decent night's sleep. We also had a concerning experience with security. When we left the apartment, we locked the door and checked it was secure. When we returned later, the door was open. Nothing had been taken, but it was unsettling and left us feeling uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. This property may suit people who plan to be out partying and want to be in the middle of the nightlife. It might also be more tolerable during the week. However, if you're looking for a comfortable, secure and quiet place to stay, I would not recommend

Very professionally run. Communication was superb. The accommodation and location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic check in staff was lovely on phone very clear instructions., huge apartment. Supercomfy beds. Everything you needed in the room. Location was superb noisy on street at night but the apartment highly recommend.

The room was great value for our stay. We stayed as an extended family, which included 4 children. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were responsive and helpful when needed. We stayed on a Monday, so outdoor noise was lower, but I could hear some outdoor traffic and chatter which did wake me. This was nothing that the provided ear plugs wouldn't have prevented. I would stay again.

Appart hôtel au coeur de Liverpool. Tous les renseignements pour une entrée autonome ont été clairement communiqués avant l'arrivée. L'appartement occupé était vaste. Fenêtre simple vitrage n'ayant aucune isolation acoustique et thermique : le chauffage est efficace et des bouchons anti bruit sont fournis.

Great location for a stag do but completely unsuitable for a family trip. Bed linen was clean but sofas and mattresses were stained. Wear and tear in the apartment was immediately visible. The biggest issue is the noise, absolutely no sound proofing, single glazing probably due to building type. Children got virtually no sleep on the Friday night.

Great Budget Hotel

We arrived on early morning flight and check in was not supposed to be until 3pm but we received a call at 9.30 to say our apartment was ready, we were delighted. Stayed in apartment 2, the kitchen area was very hot, we did have 2 fans which were definitely needed. Very spacious budget apartment right beside Mathew Street. Harrisons bar downstairs was great for food and drinks, staff also very friendly. Would recommend if your looking for budget stay in Liverpool City Centre
