"Great little room with a really cold fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, comfy bed, shower and fan - last 2 were important as stayed there in the heatwave. Windows open properly which was a help but was very hot - would imagine every hotel room/apartment without air con was the same though. Cheery bright decor. Only 10 in walk from Surrey Quays station on the Windrush Line and number 1 bus stop right outside takes you over the Thames in 25 mins. Walked back from the station at gone 11pm...

"The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of tourist activities and right by the tower hill train station which was very convenient. The hotel Lobby area was clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are very small but are okay for a 1-2 night stay. The cleanliness of the room was not good at all. It appeared clean but upon further inspection it in fact was not. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants and very close to Gloucester Rd. underground station, with a direct connection to Heathrow. "We were very disappointed over numerous issues. We booked 5his hotel because it had parking and laundry. They did not have laundry or space for us to park even though we booked it in advance. Parking was a 35 minute walk. Our room was never serviced over the 4 days. I had to call daily to get extra towels and to empty garbage. We asked for a taxi to be called for us, and concierge said no. We had to be in lobby to book a taxi. Last night called for room service and told the kitchen was closed....
