"I have stayed at Inglewood Manor many times. The grounds are spectacular and a true "heaven" after a hard day’s work. Rooms are outstanding and clean with firm mattresses that are just right for me. WiFi was OK. However, service this stay was a let down. At check-in, there was an issue with my Expedia VIP voucher. I find it frustrating that Expedia advertises these if the hotel doesn't honor them. I got frustrated because of the principle of being promised something. The staff member eventually...

"Lovely building and very close to town centre, all the staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Our room was ok but not as clean as it should have been, only 1 set of towels on arrival, shower gel was empty. All got resolved though as soon as I requested. We hung up our towels to re-use but they were changed each day. Free bottled water provided each day and good tea and coffee set up. Bed was comfortable. "Stayed one night the inn was nice and the staff very friendly. The food was good in the restaurant and a good breakfast. The car park was full when we arrived and my car was damaged overnight with no note left. "

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"The room was clean & we had a nice meal, however we asked for breakfast at 8am due to a ride event we were attending. However, the following day no breakfast was available & the chef was unaware of our request, which was a shame & left with no food. Also, on the Expedia site the room I booked was £52 each, but I was charged £112, & not sure where the fault lies though suspect it is Expedia"
