"The hotel and facilities were amazing, the staff couldn’t be more helpful, food excellent. Hotel room decor dated and no air conditioning so I did not sleep great as I was too hot even with window open."

"Bed room clean. Mattress and pillows on the hard side. Shower room sensors stayed on all night so did not sleep very well. Noise and banging throughout the night, from the dining room below I think, dragging of chairs. Bathroom had recycled soap dispensers with clogged shampoo. Would have been nice to have had small unopened mini bottles for hygiene purposes. Fantastic evening meal and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel."

"Room needs an upgrade, but it was usable and did us a purpose, we had a balcony which was lovely given the nice weather. Staff are always lovely, entertainment staff are just brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment on 3 nights. Breakfast good, good range of choice. We would stay again for sure."
