"My room had a coat of oil on EVERY surface in the room. Asked to change rooms but was told all rooms were cleaned with same stuff and would not change my room."

"I have stayed in many hotels across the USA. This was the best. It hit every mark you would need. The lobby , clean inviting. The front desk, Holly was awesome. Friendly and did her job well. The room, clean bed comfortable and room was a suite equipped small kitchen, fridge etc. Not to ,ention the location was awesome, right off Interstate 10. Great convenience when traveling. A BIG plus was the beautiful patio out side for barbecuing, . Well maintained hotel down to the grounds...

"Location is convenient, with sufficient parking. Entire facility was very clean. Room was clean, with a lot of amenities (e.g. ironing board, iron, etc). TV was new and had Dish stations, so quite nice. Breakfast was adequate, with very limited selection of hot food. Juice machine provided good orange juice and coffee was excellent. Would have been five stars overall if desk agent at intake could have explained why I had to do a $50 charge on a CC for any "incidentals". :-("

When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go. "The room was cleaned only once and no towels left. I complained and they never delivered them I had to come down and take them. Also the battery for the door system went dead and I could not get in the room after breakfast 20 minutes from uber picking me up and having to still check out."
