"While the beds and linens were crisp and clean, the carpet badly needs replaced. It was visibly dirty and dusty. There are no air-conditioning units in the rooms and while we were brought a fan that kind of just kicked up the dust from the carpet and gave me a mess of a headache and allergies. You can open a window, but it took it quite a while cool down we had a twin room which has two twin beds. The smart TV was a nice feature to watch the World Cup. The outside lakefront property is...

"We had just arrived from overseas. The only thing there was a roll of toilet paper. No sheets, no towels. The mattresses were tiny. There was a hole in the bathroom floor (we could see right through it). And worst of all, there was no service. No one was there to greet us or help us. No way to contact anyone. We had to go somewhere else. We haven't received any refund from them, and Expedia can't reach them by email or phone either."

The warming closet to hang up wet clothes was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. View of lake was lovely. Host was attentive. Great stepping off point for hiking."
