"Extremely limited dining options. Lunch options were two Bars. breakfast was one option. I was told breakfast was included but it was not. did not find that out until I was checking out. Prices were remarkable for being very high. example breakfast for one adult and one chile was 55$ for the breakfast buffett."

"This hotel was an awesome choice for our trip to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. Not only is it in a safe location, it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and nice! The room was very comfortable, well kept, and clean. Even with the water shortages, we never lost water once unlike other major hotels that had no water for days. "The only thing I have nice to say is, the staff was amazing. when I saw bedbugs on the bed and crawling on the walls, the staff moved me to a private room however, that room also had bedbugs. The staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable and thankfully I was only there for a night. Would not recommend."

"The room was clean. The staff were so nice. The WiFi and AC were great. This was my first hostel experience and as a trans masc person I was pretty nervous but the staff and environment was lovely! The only thing that irritated me was that we didn’t stay there long enough! My partner and I stayed in San Juan afterwards and we were constantly wishing we were back at the hostel!!! Gracias"

"I got a room without windows not even a small one. The place is ok for a night in between flights. But a room without windows it should be ilegal."

"The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again."

"The first night around 10:30pm we noticed we didn't have water. The next morning still no water. The front desk did provide bottles waters. The water came back on sometime that afternoon but the pressure was low and there was little warm water to wash."
