"The location is great, it is up on a mountain past Londa but to get to it you need to go up some ver inclined hills, definitely a different experience for someone looking to be away from the big city. The host was a very attentive super friendly guy that made sure we got there safe and was always there to help us. "

"We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. "Arriving at this villa was breathtaking. The immaculate gardens and beautiful structure gave a Tuscan villa feel while still being close enough by bus to the city centre. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids which was larger than expected and very comfortable, especially the bed. It had a big balcony where we could see the gardens and sunset which created a great memory. "ALERT! Manager will try to deny this review as he said to us when leaving - THE POOL. Nice view and pool but we had to get our own towels from a bag. We had to clean chairs off of food/cigs & towels after waiting patiently for help. The one pool employee was never proactive. Also BEWARE, the hotel rents out the pool to outside parties so you may be left without anywhere to sit or get service which happened to us on July 21st. THE ROOM, is in high need of renovations. Dirty, bugs, ants...

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival.
