"The hotel is nicely kept and close to a train and bus station to conveniently travel to the tourist areas. There are a few limited food options in the immediate area but you can kind plenty of options within a 10 to 15 minute walk."

Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel
"Cleanliness was very good! Breakfast was good as well. I loved that there was a transportation person at the from door to help with options on getting to Heathrow. Only issue were had was the WiFi would not connect in our room, otherwise we had a great one night stay."

"1. The shower drained poorly not because of a clog but due to poor design. 2. There were no phones to call the front desk, and our AT&T phones had no service, so you have to physically go to the lobby. 3. If you arrive early, they want to CHARGE you for luggage storage Per BAG! Wow.... 4. Beauty ..."
