"Booked and paid for a river view room. Was initially placed on the 3rd floor with a view mainly of trees and a sliver of the river. As this was a special trip for us (our anniversary) I went back to the front desk and spoke to a gentleman named Mudra (I think) who listened carefully and quite kindly on the 12th floor with a lovely view. Kudos for that."
"The staff are friendly. The location is great. They have food trucks right outside the door. Which my daughter and I enjoyed. There is a Tesco a short walk away. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. When we were there it was during a heat wave. There was no AC, ice bucket or a mini fridge. That is the only complaint I have."
"The room was small. The SPA for exercise had limited equipment. The breakfast was excellent as was the location. The staff was exceptional and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and obtaining taxis."
"Wonderful stay at The Langham this weekend.
The staff are fantastic especially Rodrigo on reception who just makes you feel so welcome!! A credit to the hotel.
Room was nice and bed super comfortable and room and bathroom cleaned spotlessly daily.
Overall everything you’d expect of one of the top hotels in London.
Highly recommended for a central London stay."
