"Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was not looked at to be fixed until our final evening, despite informing staff when we checked in. The bedroom and bathroom are old, tired and outdated and need to be redone or painted. Walls were cracked, bathroom was very tired looking and could be fresher. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"The property is well located, staff were good to exceptional. Deluxe rooms on high floors overlooking the park and city skyline are worth paying extra for the views alone. Had a great nights sleep too, in nice air conditioned room, which we needed during a mini heatwave. The piano bar for drinks before going to theatre was great too. The breakfast choice is so good. If I had one very small negative it was quite a wait to get bags from the concierge on leaving; everything else was fantastic."
"The staff in the lobby were helpful and friendly, the location was excellent for the west end. The room was quiet in terms of traffic noise. the lifts were not very efficient, the beds were very squeaky and creaky but not too bad for comfort.
The air conditioning was good. There is a fridge in the room which was also an unesxpected bonus."
"This is second time I have stayed at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Staff are excellent and do friendly. Food is great, especially the restaurant at night.
We paid for executive room and the view was amazing. Only thing that I can say is, it was disappointing to not have access to the executive lounge and then to find out this lounge is only available between 9-5. And still needs to pay extra for.
All and all I would still highly recommend and would definitely go back."
